In this privacy statement of Counselling Center Changes, I describe, among other things, which personal data we collect and for what purposes it is used.
We do everything we can to respect your privacy and to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data. We therefore comply with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act. This privacy policy applies when you visit my website https://www.counsellingcenterchanges.nl and/or participate in one of my From Suffering to Love annual programs, or in one of my webinars, workshops, seminars, training programs, or retreats.
Given the nature of our professional field, these legal requirements are supplemented by the relevant professional code of ethics.
In this statement, I explain how we handle the personal data of visitors to this website and of my clients. We outline which data we collect and for what purposes it is used. For readability, this document uses the first-person singular (“I” and “my”). Where “I” or “my” is used, it refers to the private limited company Claudia’s Counselling Center Changes.

- 1.2 – Registered Customers
- Name of contact person (required) – to identify and address the contact person.
- Company name (required) – to identify the customer, for our administration, and to comply with legal administrative obligations.
- Company address (required) – to identify the customer, for our administration, and to comply with legal administrative obligations.
- Email address (required) – to send confirmation of website registration and completed orders, to provide access to training programs, to send invoices, to send email newsletters (if you have subscribed), or if you schedule an appointment with us, and for further correspondence.
- Password (required) – to secure your account and provide you with exclusive access to your account.
- Telephone number (optional) – to contact you in case of questions and for customer research purposes.
- 1.3 – Data Generated via the Website
- Order history (ordered and downloaded products) – to track which products have been ordered and downloaded, for invoicing and administrative purposes.
- Invoice details (ordered products and related costs, name of person, company name, company address) – for our administration and to comply with legal administrative obligations.
- 1.4 – Other Data
- Content of any (email) correspondence with the customer and other individuals, including via our social media accounts – for the purpose of corresponding with you.
2. To whom do we disclose your data?
We use your data solely for our own purposes. However, in the following situations it may be necessary to share your data with third parties:
- 2.1 – Suppliers (including “data processors”) - we work with suppliers, including website administrators and hosting providers, for the hosting and maintenance of our website. The hosting provider stores your data in the Netherlands. The website administrator only has incidental access to your data when necessary for carrying out maintenance tasks.
- 2.2 – Accountant / Bookkeeper - the information stated on your invoice must be shared with our accountant or bookkeeper for administrative and legal purposes.
- 2.3 – Legal Advisors - in the event of a legal dispute, we may be required to share your data with a legal advisor and use it in legal proceedings. In such cases, we will only share the data that is necessary in connection with the legal procedure.
- 2.4 – Government Authorities - if we are legally obliged to do so, we must provide your data to government authorities, for example to the Dutch Tax Administration.
3. Do you transfer my data outside the EEA?
No, your data is stored only within the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically in the Netherlands.

We place cookies and other information on your computer, tablet, mobile phone, smartwatch, or any other device you use to visit our website. These are functional cookies only. Please refer to our cookie policy for more information.
5. What are my rights?
- Under the law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have incorrect data corrected, and in certain cases to have your data deleted, restricted, or to object to its processing. When your data is used for direct marketing purposes, you always have the right to object.

We will inform you in a timely manner whether we can comply with your request. In some cases, we may refuse a specific request.
